On behalf of the 78th Independence Day celebrations, a free medical camp was held on behalf of the Chengalpattu District People's Service Kazhagam under the leadership of GM Jyothiraj, President of the People's Service Kazhagam, in Peramanur village, Chengalpattu district. Pa Vijayakumar and Lakshmi Raghuram presided over the event. In this medical camp, general medicine, eye, ear, nose, throat, dental, ortho, diabetes and child health check-up were conducted. Also, more than 500 people from young to old participated in this medical camp and received medicine pills to check their health after examination and expressed their sincere gratitude to Jyothiraj, founder of People's Service Association. In particular, the People's Service Association has been excelling in various social services like education, public welfare, social awareness across Tamil Nadu for the last 20 years.
